Today, we go back a couple of years to listen to Editors, from England’s midlands – Birmingham, to be precise. The album In This Light And On This Evening begins in epic fashion with its title track, but rolls into the bass-thumping gem that is Bricks And Mortar. The repeat of “I hope life is good for you” as it closes never fails to resonate.
